Dear Shropshire Star,

I have been thinking about this for sometime now and really feel that I
would like nominate a person I feel is worthy of recognition.

Mr John franjklyn is well known throughout Telford and Wrekin. Not only
for being a bit of a nuisance on the political front, but because his
tenacity has got things moving, for example

Last year you run a feature called "Sue's Home truths", a senior citizen
who was made homeless, she was rehoused because of John Franklyn.

A disabled couple who lost their through repocession, re-housed because
of John Franklyn

A single man homeless in Ketley, got a flat in Hadley because of John
Franklyn

A 20 year old lad from Donnington, kicked out of his home on a Friday,
given accommadation by john franklyn and is now in the Stay Project
because of John Franklyn.

Theses are some of the things he has done, but on top of that he helped
turn around the fortune of sutton Hill and has then got every man and
his wanting to claim credit for the Housing Summit which he and his
website played a vital part in securing.

these are just a few issues tackled through to a successfull conclusion
by a normal man in the street. If Telford ever had a championm he is
certainly one of them.

So i nominate - john Franklyn www.telfordcouncilwatch.org.uk for his
work in and for the wider community.

I hope you really consider this and I hope he is ultimately successful
in being recognised. If he is, more people will beneit.
