Without upsetting anyone I would like to add.
1 John I am not wanting to mother or smuther you but can I have the shout box back please ''in red''
2 Lord Hoop says more is less and lets not forget every inch counts.
3 Kath I did not intend to upset you and the more members the better. I do have an old lap top about 5 years old.
I do hope this clears all the mess I have caused.

"Pub" Carol? Although I have been known to visit a local hostelry from time to time I find it hard avoiding the company of tenants, servants and estate workers and other members of the labouring and commercial classes - one has to maintain a certain air of superiority don't you know?

Now you two girls have made up, I suppose you'll no longer be interested in settling your differences with a bit of healthy mud-wrestling?

I have refereed many bouts in the servant's hall to resolve squabbles among the younger between floors maids, but Lady Hoop has put a stop to it, refusing to accept my argument that the only reason for them wrestling in the nude was to reduce laundry bills.....

Hmm, an interesting league table of most-viewed threads, this is very popular - not many comments though It's definitely cleaner and quicker now.

The site is now very clear .It is unfortunate but the number of contributers is low. There is a general laziness but also a tendancy for numerous individual blogs. Perhaps the mud wrestling would attract more interest.I was thinking this at the council farce last night.

Miles Hosken mud wrestling Hoop(Peabody)might stimulate interest as well as disgust. I also told JF and Carol that I thought the different parties should attend council in party colors with their baying supporters. The new electronic scoreboard could have a points system or "own goal" or whatever flashing up.

At least the spectators could be allowed to intervene in an orderly manner by catching the chairmans eye and holding up a "crap" card allowing them to point out that what a member has said is indeed utter crap. And believe me there was plenty of that last night.I thought wistfully of the old labour days when trade union members had some idea of how to deal with multi amendments.LAST NIGHTS SHOW WAS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW BADLY DEBATE HAS DETERIORATED. Richard Overton is to complain to the Chief executive about it and he is right to do so
