ALL RESIDENTS HAVE RIGHTS TO VOICE THEIR OPINION 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 3
As one of my pledges (i can't take any credit for this one as a certain Mr John Franklyn esquire put the notion in my head).
Is to start resident meetings (i feel this should be done throughout the borough no matter the outcome in Muxton). Where residents can voice their concerns within their own area and we can directly contact the Councillors for any specific area as to where , not only do they stand on any particular issue , but also what they are going to do concerning any issue , we as residents , bring to their attention).
In other words , we all have a bigger platform and a bigger say.
After all , it is only when one or two people contact the council seem to get fobbed off , we as residents have such a great power in numbers to actually do things.
It's about time we done something about it.
