There are Phillips 11watt and 18Watt LE lamps on sale at Netto in Telford for 49 pence each, this is outstanding value considering that you can pay up to £1 for a GLS energy waster
The shelf ticket says only 6 per customer but I walked out with 18 no problem.

The low energy bulb's remind me of our local councillor a bit dull when you first turn them on but unlike our councillor do not save you loads. At that price it would be worth the trip.
