Jim Hawkins Diary 4 Months ago Karma: 38
It's been a while since I sent one of these emails, so I thought I'd send you a quick line to say hello and to tell you about some recent additions to my online diary

Click the link below to read about, among other things:

my continuing adventures on my bike
why I'm grateful to the Victorians
going to Buckingham Palace
people who don't like cyclists
taking the 50p Challenge - how much food can you buy for 50p?
why cyclists should smile more

And we've added an interview from Monday's show to the website. Ann came into the studio to talk to me about her experience of being sexually abused as a child, about the impact this has had on her life, and about the help she's been receiving from a Shropshire-based counselling organisation. It's a remarkable conversation, and I think you'll find it interesting

You can find all this by clicking here

To read earlier updates, just click `NEXT' at the bottom of each page. Don't forget to check out the links, the pictures and the audio from the links on the right-hand side, and if you like the diary, why not send it to a friend using the link on the left-hand menu?
